Rebecca handles a multitude of issues involving commercial real estate transactions and land use throughout the Southeast. In the commercial real estate context, Rebecca works on purchase and sale agreements on both the buyer and seller side, commercial financing deals, and commercial leases. In the land use context, Rebecca counsels clients on rezonings, permitting, variances, special exceptions, conditional uses, restrictive covenants, and easements. Rebecca has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries, including hospitality, retail, healthcare, utilities, and warehousing.
Rebecca graduated Magna Cum Laude from Emory University with a BA in Political Science in 2003. In 2007, she graduated from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University with a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law where she was a member of the Louisiana Law Review. She currently lives in New Orleans with her husband and their two children.
Rebecca is admitted to practice law in Louisiana and has applied for her Tennessee license.
